The Flagship Experience

Immersive. Reflective. Spacious.

Flagship creates something increasingly difficult to find in everyday leadership: enough time and distance from daily demands to examine how you are leading, what matters most, and what you want to practice next.

Across two retreat days, participants move between practical leadership development, facilitated reflection, conversation, peer learning, shared meals, and intentional time between sessions. The pace is deliberately spacious so insight has time to become meaningful application.

The experience is designed to help women return to their work with greater alignment, agency, and impact—not simply with more information.

Meals, Conversation & Shared Experiences

Shared meals and informal time create space for perspective, conversation, and relationships beyond the formal agenda.
