Amy Gallagher is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of association, marketing and event management experience. As Program & Events Manager with the New England Inns & Resorts Association (NEIRA), Amy is responsible for producing all of NEIRA's educational and networking events ranging from 25-person educational programs to their 300+ person annual conference; tradeshows; webinars, board meetings, luncheons; etc. She earned a BA in Communications from Western Connecticut State University and a M.Ed. from the University of New Hampshire. Amy is currently pursuing her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential.
Tonya works in two roles at the Sun & Ski Inn and Suites in Stowe Vermont, under the helm of Rachel Vandenberg, one as a Front Desk Clerk for the hotel and also as the Group Sales & Events Coordinator for Stowe Bowl. Originally from Australia, Tonya moved to the USA in 1987 after graduating from the Hartill-Underwood Business School in Perth. She worked for Hewlett-Packard in New Jersey on the National Sales Team as the Sales & Engineering Secretary then moved to Florida, and became the Head Coach of the Novice & Swim Lessons Program, and Team Administrator for Pine Crest Swim Team for both Club and High School Teams in Fort Lauderdale Florida. She has volunteered for several organizations over the last 30 years, as President of the Pine Crest School Parents' Association in Boca Raton, Florida, President of the Ranney School Parents' Association in New Jersey and Guild President of the Boca Ballet Theatre in Boca Raton, Florida. Her passions are teaching young children to swim as a Private Swim Instructor, and enjoying the outdoors in beautiful Vermont. She has two daughters, now married, and living in England and Colorado, and the rest of her family still in Australia.
