Step 1: Retreat Registration through Google Forms

The retreat program cost is $499 plus taxes, which includes the registration and meals (lunch, snacks, dinner and breakfast).
The Accelerate registration fee is transferable but non-refundable.

Step 2: Book Hotel Reservations

​The von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort offers a stunning mountain setting for your stay. We recommend booking early to secure your spot at our special group rate. Accelerate has reserved all 96 rooms at the resort the night of the April 9, 2026.

Please note: upon booking your hotel room with the von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort a resort fee will be shown under price details/Taxes & Fees. The resort fee will be waived for Accelerate participants upon check-out. 


Room Rate for night of April 8 & April 9, 2026

• Main Lodge  – Various room and suite styles available, steps away from dining, activities, and breathtaking views of the Green Mountains. All rooms are at a guaranteed rate of $249 for the night plus tax the night of April 8 and $215 plus 10% tax for the night for the night of the April 9.
