Outcomes
​This year our program will focus on resilience in the midst of disruptive change, on crafting your leadership skills as you focus on developing relationships with your employees and generating results while doing things differently than in the past. You will also develop  your leadership skills through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion and have real opportunities to network and learn from each other in an intimate environment.
  • Leverage resiliency skills, opportunities and lessons stimulated by the changes of the last year for future sustainable success.
  • Adopt new tools and systems to help motivate you and your employees to embrace on-going change.
  • Deepen understanding of diversity, inclusion and equity and how to model and implement systems that create a culture of belonging.

Schedule

Short breaks are built into the schedule throughout the program. Participants will also be divided into breakout groups to foster dialogue and build relationships. 
​At the end of day one, Accelerate founder Rachel Vandenberg will have an informal and lively discussion with industry veterans Beth Steucek (former Executive Director of New England Inns and Resorts Association ) and Valerie Rochon (President The Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth). ​Nekasha Pratt is a marketing leader who has helped lead campaigns that have won over 20 awards. She has 15+ years of experience and is currently senior marketing director for HarperCollins Publishers and founder of marketing consulting firm, Bright Advisory Group. Her past positions have included leadership roles at global organizations, marketing agencies and working with Fortune 500 companies. Nekasha has spearheaded national and international campaigns in a variety of industries, including tourism and music. She is considered a thought-leader and regularly shares her experience in marketing, strategy, and leadership at events and in podcasts and articles.
