Paige Hinkson C. Paige Hinkson is founder and CEO of Transegy, LLC and assists her clients with difficult problems in leadership development, business execution and management education. Her work focuses on business strategy, finance, market opportunity planning, leadership, and how to develop competitive value through quality and customer focus. Paige has over 24 years of experience as a management consultant, executive coach, instructional designer and instructor, facilitator, and orchestrator of experiential learning. Paige is certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching. As an executive coach at PwC Paige earned the nickname, “The Velvet Hammer,” for her ability to find a way to help the most challenging Partners hear difficult, constructive feedback and still have them leave with a smile on their faces and committed to change. She has also coached executives for EverBank, Dealer.com, The New York Times, Verizon, Pfizer, and Great Plains Energy as well as several local Boards. Paige is a member of the Global Coaching Network.
Lisa Gosselin Travel has been a common thread in Lisa Gosselin Lynn's career in media, brand building and economic development. The editor and co-publisher of Vermont Ski + Ride and Vermont Sports, the Northeast's two largest outdoor magazines, Lisa is passionate about promoting Vermont. Prior to her current role, she served as Commissioner of Economic Development under the Shumlin administration and co-authored the state's first Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. She has served as editor in chief and on the senior management team of national magazines EatingWell, Islands, Audubon and Bicycling, and was executive editor of SKI. Lisa grew up in Paris, France and graduated from Yale. She first moved to Stowe in 2001 to be a ski bum and a brand manager at the Burlington agency, Kelleher Samets Volk.
Beth Steucek Beth Steucek has been the Chief Executive Officer of New England Inns and Resorts Association since 1995. New England Inns & Resorts Association is a collection of New England’s most distinctive, independently owned and operated lodging properties. Established in 1907 by owners of B&Bs, hotels, inns and resorts in the New England region, the Association is comprised of over 300 properties. Many of the lodgings are also members of Historic Hotels of America, Preferred Hotels and Select Registry. Beth has extensive experience in the tourism industry having worked as Executive Vice President of the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association for 8 years and Executive Director of New Hampshire Seacoast Council on Tourism for 3 years. She started her tourism career at the Viking Sun, now the Isles of Shoals Steamship Company in Portsmouth NH.
Sarah Morris Sarah Morris is a fifth generation hotelier at Basin Harbor. She holds management experience in resorts, private clubs, and restaurants, with specific experience in resource management in seasonal business, guest service, sales and marketing, and F&B management. She works to anticipate, fulfill, an exceed guest expectations while having a little fun every day. Sarah holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. Her interests include travel, gastronomy, and the great outdoors.
Cassi Christiansen Cassi Christiansen has been coaching and developing leaders for over 25 years and her work spans the globe. She is passionate about creating strong authentic leaders who whole-heartedly impact, influence, and inspire others. She works with leaders in Academia, to the Big-4, to Global Non-Profits, to Healthcare, to the US Government and everything in-between. Rather than focusing on becoming an industry expert, she has crafted her skills to become an expert on creating extraordinary leaders. Cassi is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is the highest level of coach credentialing in the world, as well as Board Certified (BCC). She is a certified Professional Mentor Coach and has mentored and taught hundreds of coaches. Her work has been featured in the NY Times, Bloomberg Business & The Huffington Post.
Jennifer Giordano Jenn has over a decade of coaching and facilitation experience. She worked internally at Fortune 500 companies, and then launched her own coaching and training practice in 2009. Jenn works with leaders at all level and industries helping them realize their full potential and assisting them to put a plan in place to reach their objectives. Her professional background, coupled with her double Masters in counseling and organizational psychology from Columbia University, and her undergraduate degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, has given her deep skills in the area of executive and team development.
Tina Jackson Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tina is a dynamic facilitator, trainer, and executive coach who helps clients gain the confidence and skill to communicate, motivate and lead with great impact. Her experiences include facilitating an award-winning six-month Women in Leadership program for a global professional services firm, and developing and testing new IP, such as Courageous Conversations, to support individuals and teams. Tina has a keen sense of how to design and conduct programs that are engaging, relevant and ‘sticky.’ Whether addressing a room of 8 or of over 300, Tina makes magic happen. She leverages examples and storytelling, and makes the learning environment more impactful by leveraging her warmth, wisdom, curiosity, and intuitive sense of design. Individuals leave motivated to take action. As an ICF-certified Master Coach, she serves as a trusted thought partner. Clients value her courage to give powerful feedback and her ability to move from deep conversation to laughter. She leverages her coaching skills with clients one-on-one, as well as when facilitating dialogue sessions with teams and dyads. She is the co-author of A Practical Guide to Working with Diversity and has designed programs and authored materials for over 50 courses. Tina holds a M.A. in Organization Development from the Fielding University and is a graduate of the Hudson Institute’s Master Coach Program. She holds certifications in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, BarOn's Emotional Quotient Inventory, Situational Leadership, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Strength Deployment Inventory.
